What makes this a great hotel, is their staff. They are fantastic-attentive, charming,and always willing! Any problems we encountered were efficiently dealt with, including replacing a torn awning in the restaurant. Any criticism I have would be about the design of the rooms. They look lovely and modern, but since when does modern mean having no cupboards/hanging space. 3 hooks on a wall is just not sufficient!! Breakfast was very acceptable....we really appreciated bacon!!!

Disgusting cigarette smell in the room, we could not sleep. And the only thing staff did was air freshener :-( Be shure that you have 2 tea cups and 4 glasses, or you will have problem in check out as we had.

Small and nice resort in a walking distance to the center of Mae Nam. Rooms are clean, linen and towles are changed daily. The pool a little bit small, but who wants to stay at the pool, when the beach is a stone s throw away.

Nettes kleines Hotel direkt am schönen, ruhigen Maenam Strand. Die Bungalows waren sauber und ausreichend gross, wirken aber etwas schmuddelig, durch den Versuch einen used look zu schaffen. Es waren Flecken auf dem Boden, die aber wohl durch mangelnde Versiegelung entstanden sind und die man auch nicht weg bekommen hat. Durch unsere Versuch konnten wir aber feststellen, dass der Boden tadellos gewischt war, es liegt also definitiv nicht an mangelnder Sauberkeit. Kritikpunkt in den Gardenbungalows: es ist kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden, lediglich ein offenes Regal und drei Kleiderhaken an der Wand mit ein paar Kleiderbügeln. Jeder Bungalow hatte eine kleine Terrasse mit 2 Stühlen und einem Tisch. Es ist alles sehr eng bebaut, fanden wir aber nicht so störend, da wir eh die wenigste Zeit im Zimmer verbracht hatten. Direkt an der kleinen Treppe, die zum Strand runtergeht befindet sich eine Dusche und neben dem offenen Bar- und Restauratnbereich sind nochmal eine Dusche und ein WC vorhanden. Sehr schön, wenn man sich nur kurz das Salz runterspülen will. Das Personal (sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch die Kellner) waren sehr freundlich und bemüht und konnten auch ausreichend englisch sprechen. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend. Verschiedene Sorten Brot, Butter, Marmelade, Cerealien und Joghurt, Schinken und kleine Würstchen und jeden Tag zwei verschiedene warme Gerichte. Kaffee,Tee, Säfte und kalte Milch gab es an Getränken. Die Cocktails waren sehr lecker, zur Küche können wir nicht viel sagen, da wir nur Pommes probiert und meist ausser Haus gegessen hatten. Die Lage ist super. Direkt am Strand gelegen und in wenigen Minuten ist das Dorf zu erreichen mit diversen Souvenirgeschäften, Bars, Restaurants, Apotheken und Lebensmittelgeschäften.

The resort was very neat and clean smaller than I expected. The staff were always friendly and well informed which made our stay comfortable. The location was great and shops and restaurants were close by. Plus the resort is right on the beach which made amazing.

The booking over Sawadee was so easy and convenient and would use them again on our next trip!
